ahps:
1.修正请求头或响应头头域为空时无法正常解析的问题；
2.修正http_chunk_checker::check中一处可能断言失败的问题；
3.修正http_proxy_server_connection::report_error中使用成员变量request_header前，未检查其有效性的问题。
