Fix MAC-VO Disparity Output

What does this pull request do?

Fix disparity publishing for MAC-VO using mono16 image format on robot with topic visual_odometry_disparity, fix issue #239 (Visualized on lower left of RViz window)

Testing

Tested by visualizing the disparity image in robot RVis (lower left corner of the video attached)
