General information

• This is a simple backend of the "Todo Tasks" application. It was written in pure Java with the aid of "Spring Boot" framework and uses PostgreSQL database.
• The project was made for educational purposes as an exercise of the "Internet & Mobile Technologies" subject.

Used technologies

• IntelliJ IDEA 2022.3.2 (Ultimate Edition) IDE for writing code
• Eclipse Adoptium 17.0.4.1+1 64-bit (Java binaries)
• Spring Boot 3.0.2 with the following dependencies:
  • Spring Web
  • Spring Data JPA
  • PostgreSQL Driver

Features

• The task model with the corresponding columns (ID is being auto-incremented)
• The controller with CORS support pointing to the "localhost"
• The repository containing one method for filtering only completed tasks
• The service containing the definition of entire business logic
