The path of mstscax_interop.dll is correct now.

Now it works

developer must copy the Release/Resources files from

https://cef-builds.spotifycdn.com/cef_binary_81.3.10%2Bgb223419%2Bchromium-81.0.4044.138_windows32_client.tar.bz2

to app /chromium/ folder
