How to regenerate?

Create app via bytes template, npm start and then navigate to different screens. Press r (refresh) on the terminal, when the app loads again I got error

 (NOBRIDGE) ERROR  Error: react-native-mmkv is not supported in Expo Go! Use EAS (`expo prebuild`) or eject to a bare workflow instead. [Component Stack]
